Now, I'm no vegetarian and I have absolutely no desire to alter my lifestyle and diet to do so. I do however understand that not eating meat every single night can do wonders for your body. (Plant protein is easier to digest anyways.) Over the years, I've come to acquire quite a few friends that are vegetarian or friends who's personal diets yield well to the lifestyle.
Adding more vegetables into your diet makes a lot of sense not only from a health stand point but also from a cost effective view as well.
